Best Golf Rangefinders 2014

I already posted about golf rangefinders and how they make a great gift for a golfer - but I'm experimenting with new list making software (called Bundlr if you're interested) and I thought that rangefinders would be a good test.

They come in different varieties and are small enough to fit in a pocket, or in a pouch on your golfer's bag. Some of them are worn like wristwatches. To be strictly accurate, some of them are wristwatches.

Most golfers (myself included) tend to be hopelessly optimistic about just how far they can hit a particular club. Using a rangefinder, whichever variety you choose, should bring a bit of realism to bear - and better club selection leads to lower scores for most hobby golfers.

You never know, you might help your favorite golf nut to trim a shot or two off their scorecard.

Every golfer wants to get their score and their handicap down. Some of these golf swing trainers look downright weird - but they might just do the trick!

These days, swing trainers vary from clip on mechanical devices to high tech mini-computers which will talk to your iPhone or tablet. There's an app for lower golf scores it seems.
